Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Megasino Partners affiliate program. By registering an account you accept these terms in full.
1. Program Membership
Membership is free and subject to approval. We may decline or terminate any account at our sole discretion, notably in cases of fraudulent traffic, brand bidding on Megasino trademarks, or breach of these terms.
2. Commissions
Commissions are calculated on the net gaming revenue of players you refer, using the model agreed at onboarding (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, Booster or Sub-Affiliate). Standard revenue-share deals carry no negative carryover.
3. Payments
Payouts are processed monthly by the 15th of the following month provided the balance is equal to or greater than €50. Supported methods include bank transfer, BTC, USDT and major eWallets. You are responsible for any local taxes.
4. Attribution & Cookies
Attribution is based on our tracking system with a 30-day cookie. Once a player registers under your link, the attribution is lifetime and cannot be transferred.
5. Prohibited Practices
Spam, misleading claims, incentivised installs, cookie stuffing, brand bidding on Megasino trademarks and any traffic directed at restricted jurisdictions are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Marketing Materials
All banners, landing pages and other creatives provided remain the property of Megasino Partners. You may not modify them without written approval.
7. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared as part of the program, including deal terms, statistics and roadmap information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Megasino Partners shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Total liability is capped at the last three months of commissions paid to you.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, and any disputes will be resolved in its competent courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
